Thank you for taking the time to ask additional questions on our product. My apologizes on this experience. If you are winding the line yourself we do not have instructions on how to do so, our line comes wound. I would suggest searching YouTube for how to videos. Normally if the line comes undone we suggest winding the line in a continuous circle until the line get to one end then you will repeat in that continuous circle until it reaches the other end (No side to side) as you are winding it will move over by itself(spread). Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by It's will make an attractive ornament in the garage. The sales man told me it WAS a bump and go. It is not. The spool's diameter is so small, that after a few weeks, the string gets memory and comes off the spool in a tight coil. The guard is arraigned so, that you cannot get tight to retaining walls fences, etc. On a two day charge, the battery will only last an hour. July 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELLENT EDGER TRIMMERS LIGHTWEIGHT TO USE. DOES EXCELLENT JOB EDGEING July 9, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worx 150.2 trimmer this is a tool that is not worth the package it came in. I don't understand what reason there is to make a trimmer that does not trim???? mike from Cincinnati, but its pretty to just look at,was a gift but that does not change quality. September 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I would not buy this product again I purchased one a few years ago to use when my gas powered trimmer was in for repair. The batteries that I have purchased do no work well and at over $50.00 each it is not cost effective. Two batteries came with the product but neither one worked well so I bought another one and that one didn't work well either. I like the ease of a battery powered trimmer but would not buy this brand again. June 26, 2013
