I previously owned a cordless lawn mower from a different manufacturer, but gave it to my son when I purchased the WORX 36V with IntelliCut. I particularly liked how it was self propelled based on my walking gait, but what surprised me the most was how long the charge would last. I had a front yard of about 1,000 SF that I would mow weekly and the charge would last longer than a month. No problems whatsoever. I eventually moved out of State and gave this unit to my son and went ahead and purchased another one of the same model. I am very satisfied with the WORX product that I went out and purchased an Aerocart.

This is the first electric mower I have used. It is easy to start. I have had some issues with the pacesetter self-propelled working smoothly but each time I use it, I seem to get better. Recently I used it to mow very tall wet grass and it handled it pretty well. I am glad to not worry about changing the oil or keeping a gas can in the garage. The battery is Uber heavy. ..30 lbs. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Following the instructions and always keeping the battery on the charger when not in use, it lasted a total of 2 years and 1 month. Currently the battery is not taking a charge at all and none of the battery lights come on after being on the charger overnight. Ordering a new battery from Amazon at a cost of $161.00. So it costs me $80 a year to run this thing. A gas mower cost me half that.

Mower starts with ease, and provides the 45-50 minutes per charge as advertised. Will charge easily overnight, and the battery can stay in the mower while charging. 1st self-propelled mower I've owned, but it works at my walking speed. Only dislikes? The side discharge chute falls off at the slightest bump. And it is heavier than a regular mower. 2 power settings an asset with taller grass, and the cutting level adjustment is the easiest I've owned. Not the best around tree roots, but no mower is.... I'd still consider it worth the price, not to have issues pulling a cord, using gasoline, any of the other problems I've had with standard mowers.

I bought this Lawn Mower three years ago to replace my electric mower. I could not be happier. No more extension cord, and the battery holds a charge for over two weeks.

I had this lawnmower and was a happy customer for about a year when the battery would no longer fit. It was under warranty so I called customer service and told them what happened, and they promptly sent me the battery CHARGER instead of a replacement battery. Whoops. Now my lawn had no been mowed in quite a while. When I called back, they wanted to charge me to ship the battery, still under warranty. That's uncool. But I upped the problem to a manager and they fixed it. Sent me a new battery and went the extra mile in doing so.
So I'm a happy Worx customer.

I was very skeptical about a cordless electric lawn mower before purchasing this mower and so far (have used the mower twice) I could not be more impressed. Having read many reviews of other cordless electric mowers, my primary concerns were battery life and quality of the cut. This mower is more expensive but does not seem to have the flaws described of other mowers available on this site.
We have a 1/3 acre hilly lot and this mower finishes cutting with 1/2 a charge left. The cut is comparable to a gas mower. The self-propelled function works very well and really does match to your speed. My only concern for the future is how many years the battery will maintain a good charge, but only time will tell.

Battery dead after one season. 3 hours to talk to customer service rep, then I was told the battery only has 1 year warranty and since we are 14 months out all they could do is offer me a discount on a new battery. Problem is this battery is on backorder and it could be weeks before it ships. This tells me lots of people are buying replacement batteries at $150 a pop as they can’t keep them is stock! The solution presented didn’t help as my lawn needs to be mowed now, not in 4 weeks. Poor customer service, refusal to do what’s right with a defective product and keep a customer happy seems to be the way they do business. Worx has lost my business and you would do right to steer clear yourself. Save yourself the agony and buy something else.
