Customer Reviews

9.5 ft. W x 5 ft. H 2 Panels Drive-Through Steel Gate is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not 10 feet wide These gates are NOT 10 feet wide. They are 110 inches (a full 10 inches short of 10 feet). Using standard mounting hardware, there is a gap of about 8 inches between them. That's not exactly going to keep your dog in the yard. The description is NOT accurate and if you plan to use them, I would measure very carefully. My current gates ARE 10 feet wide (each pannel is 60"), but they aren't high enough. But these sure aren't going to work.

This is the second time we had to order this fence both times the fence came damaged. The first time we reordered but the second time we picked it up and took it home before we realized it. They are already installing the fence so we cant wait again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the Job for a 10' Span The gate works perfectly. I read the review of the gentleman that thinks the gate is under-sized, and maybe his is, but ours isn't. We needed this gate for a 10 foot drive. I measured the gate we have now (57" outside to outside) and this gate (57" outside to outside). This gate replaced our shorter gate perfectly. No problem. If this is the style of gate you're looking for, and you have a 120" span, go for it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Gates were not in boxes. One gate was missing 2 hooks for fence to frame. Gates were so loose. Frame was slightly bent. Poor quality of work for the price paid. Very disappointed in quality of this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light-weight gate meets purpose We needed 2 wide gates to keep our dog in the yard. This gate met our budget for the size needed. As previous reviews state, the gate is light weight. I wouldn't use it for major security or larger livestock. The gate was received a week before it was expected. It was the proper length and height. Because of other reviews, we waited until the gate was here to install the second gate post, in case an adjustment was needed. It was easy to install if you have any experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK product The gates are OK, but are very light and cheap compared to the professional fencing around the yard. They were a little banged up but were basically OK. Very lightweight, but will do the job intended. I had a hard time finding a butterfly latch for this size gate pipe. All were meant for 2 1/2 inch post, but these gates are 1 7/8 inch. Not exactly sure about those measurements, but all butterfly latches are meant for closing the gate against a larger end post, not another gate. I found a gate post from a different online source. How is one supposed to close these and keep them both closed? That's probably more a Home Depot issue than just these gates. Finally found one for a 1 7/8 inch gate and post from Jake Sales, online. Very inexpensive and delivered in a couple days. Overall I am OK with it and have no regrets.
