Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad choice this was the only snow blower left at my store, I wanted to purchase the snowtec 24" but they where all out and there was a big storm coming so I thought I would give it a try, first off it only has one speed which is slow, after starting the blower and turning the choke off the engine surges and sounds very bad, so I looked up reviews on this blower and people where saying that the carburetors are bad and they have had a lot of problems, so I plan on returning this blower and waiting till the snow tek 24" comes in. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by SNOW brought it home, last one at the store....went there for a snow tec model but they were sold out, so i bought this one it was about fifty bucks more but it has an over head valve engine so it is a little quieter than the snow tec i was looking for(my father owns a snow tec...LOUD). We had a storm last night dropped about 11 inches, pretty big drifts and the snow had layer of ice going on the top and towards the ground. brought it home fueled it up and went to work. performed well, couldn't find much to bog it down blew the snow about 20-25 ft. not to shabby. controls are good and everything is marked clearly. ran about a tank of gas, what i didn't like was the chute would not stay where i set it would like to see that be a little tighter required a lot of adjustments on the fly, have to check and see if there is something i can do with it, all and all beats shoveling and saves the back!
