Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't waste your money, it doesn't work. My kitchen sink is plugged, will drain after 2 hours very slowly. I tried everything before I purchased this product. 3 gallons of boiling hot water on top of 16 ozs of dish washing Dawn detergent. 25 Ft snake, shop vac suction, roof vent pipe suction, kitchen sink with huge bathroom plunger, taking all plumbing apart under sink. Ran snake from under sink wall pipe and on roof thru vent pipe. Nothing worked. I am now going to bring the empty container back to Home Depot to see if they will honor the so called "guarantee" on the container. All these drain cleaners are nothing but a waste of money. Next I am buying the 50 foot 1/2" auger cause I read it got 5 stars from almost every reviewer. I will never go thru all this aggravation again. I repeat... don't waste your money!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Works great! Had a shower drain problem- hair. Purchased the largest size. Waited until most of the water had gone down. Poured in 1/4 increments. Didn't flush with water after 10 minutes. If the product wasn't going down, the drain was still clogged & I didn't want to dilute it by adding water. Continued to pour product & left remaining 1/4 overnight. In the morning I poured HOT water down drain- drain was cleared. Hope this helps! February 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by It works! Our shower drain was blocked almost completely one day, then we tried plungers, doesn't work at all, then purchase the $2 drano gel, used up the whole thing, doesn't work. Then the next day, after reading others' review, I bought this, and poured about 10oz into the drain, a "digesting" smell comes out, after one hour, I poured a little bit more, and poured again before bedtime, the next day, it was better then ever! After using almost half bottle, our problem is solved! May 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by it worked!! read the reviews, decided to try it out. first time followed the directions, about 16 oz and let sit for 15 min, rinse warm water. didn't really do the job, so poured just over half the 1 gal jug, let sit for 20 min. rinsed with hot shower water, and it drained very well. very happy with this product. now, the wife won't complain about the backup in the tub while showering. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product for Clearing Bathroom Sink Drain I purchased the 64 oz. version of this product based on some of the HD reviews. I have been dealing with a slow bathroom sink drain for several years. About a month prior, I had replaced the pipes between the sink tail pipe and the wall. It was still very slow and got to the point of just slowly dripping through and with new pipes. I knew the clog was in the wall portion of the pipe. The first time I used this product, it slowly started clearing the clog. I used it again and poored hot water down and it broke the clog free. I only with I had tried this years ago! March 26, 2012
