We live in an area where they are still developing and building more houses which creates a lot of dust and mold. Our house is always dirty and full of mold. If I use my electric pressure washer and water alone it gets rid of only some mold and dirt. I tried this product and sprayed it on with a pump sprayer, let it sit a few minutes and then used my pressure washer which removed ALL of the dirt and mold. I have tried other cleaners and even with scrubbing they do not work as good as this cleaner which I did NOT have to scrub at all. Just spray, let sit a few minutes and rinse. Concentrated so a gallon goes a very long way. The photo shows how dirty the house was and how clean it came....HUGE difference!

This washing solution cleans off the dirt and other debris that accumulates on the side of a house. That includes droppings left by birds who perch under the eaves and elsewhere. Most cleaners will remove a certain amount of dirt and grime. But it seems the stronger the cleaner, the more chance of a film being left behind after rinsing.
The Zep cleaner leaves no residue and does not have a strong odor. Easy to use, and easy to rinse. Does not require additional rinses at all.

This cleaner surprised me. I expected to have to do a lot of scrubbing to get my siding clean. But this did a good job with a minimal amount of scrubbing.
The vinyl siding on the north side of my garage was turning green. In the past, I have dreaded the scrubbing involved with cleaning it. The pressure washer would take off the lose dirt, but it didn't do much for the green stain. This time it was eash. I did a pre-rince with the high pressure nozzle, Then I switched to the low pressure nozzle, and dropped the suction hose in the jug of cleaner. It is the correct concentration for my unit, so I didn't have to do any mixing. Just spray and go. I let it work for about 5 minutes, and then sprayed it off with the high pressure nozzle. Cleanup the pressure washer, roll up the hoses, and I was done.
When you clean siding like this, you have to make sure to clean from the top down so you don't push water under the siding. I had to use a ladder this time. But I want to get a j-shaped extension next time. so I can do everything from the ground.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mizrable Excellent Pressure Washer chemical
I previously used ZEP chemicals to wash my tractor & trailer at home. These are full strength products that will properly lift contaminants from most surfaces. This particular product was made for siding and exterior surfaces (except grease on cement which takes a stronger formula). My home was cleaned of dirt, soot from wood stoves, & green mold that had been there for the past 3 years. All cleaned off easily & no return in the 5 weeks since the work was done. I used the liquid full strength as my pressure washer is capable of adjusting the blend directly. If you don't have that benefit, be careful how you blend in water. Over dilution will leave you with unsatisfactory results.

The soap did its job but its not as powerful as other pressure washing soap on the market. If you have nothing else to use, this product will work okay.

Let me begin by saying that depending on what you have around your house would be whether I'd recommend this product or not...Here's why? "Good": It will make 20 gal vs. typical 10 gals from other mfg, it covers up to 5000 sq. ft. and it's specifically formulated for pressure washers. "The not so Good": The chemicals can harm your soil and vegetation if you do not follow the directions which tells you that you must first wet down all plants and soil before you begin spraying down your house. Why? So they don't absorb the chemicals! There are pressure wash concentrates out on the market and sold at Home Depot that specifically tells you that it's safe for existing plants, soil, etc around the house. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't use this and will go back to the ones that I don't have to saturate everything first. But I do know there are some folks that don't have bushes, flowers, hedges, etc around their house so this might be something that works for them, but honestly...for me, I'm not a fan. Hope this helps....

The instructions are very easy to follow. After mixing the amount of cleaner to water. I sprayed it on the side of the house with low pressure. Waited the allotted time and then went back with high pressure and watched it clean with ease. Having a heavy duty pressure washer will probably help it clean even better. Very happy with the way it worked on my house.
