Answer:
This is made for paper and organic waste. I don't know what the flushable wipes are made of. If it's a paper product, it should work. It may need several applications.
Most plumbers do not think the flushable wipes or diapers should be flushed.
From bottle - Note: Clogged toilets will still require the use of a plunger or plumber's snake.

It isn't intended to free a clogged toilet - more of a routine maintenance product to keep the system running well.

Answer:
You can try this. It should dissolve the wipes and allow the drain to flow after a day or two of use. It is meant to be flushed down the toilet once, then you wait overnight or several hours for the enzymes to dissolve the clog. Then you flush the dissolved waste down the drain. If the water will not flow at all, you may have to try something else.

Answer:
I think this product is worth the try, based on the information that comes with it. You may have to use multiple doses and let it sit for at least 6 hours between flushes to give the enzymes time to work, as per instructions. The container holds 5 doses.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing product. Had a slow toilet that would clog at the worst times. I'd snake it, get it flowing but it would eventually give me problems. I put one 4 oz application in, following instructions and let it sit for about 8 hours while at work. Flushed it when I got home and after one application works like new. I did follow through on the 2 other applications and now use this on a bimonthly basis. Great product, does what it says if you follow the directions and have patients. You must have water flow and you must let it sit in order for the product to go it's job. I'd recommend it to everyone. January 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Safe for septic systems What I really like about this product is that it is safe for septic systems. It is very easy to use and helps break down debris and toilet paper in the pipes and septic system. I have found ZEP products to be very effective and reliable. There really is not much to this product since it is so easy to use and the cleaning happens in the internal workings of your toilet plumbing system. January 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Effective and safe for paper clogs The main ingredients in this product is a type of clay that's used in cosmetics, medicine, toothpaste and even food as well as an enzyme that breaks down paper. Nothing too harsh. In the past I've had some issues with plumbing clogs but with some changes in habits as well as the use of enzymatic drain cleaners as preventative maintenance I haven't had any issues in a long time. This is a good product to add to your maintenance schedule if you have slow flushing toilets caused by paper waste which is a common problem. Since the enzyme breaks down cellulose it's probably not much help for other types of clogs but paper is a common cause of toilet clogs, especially in older plumbing with thick toilet paper. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wow I have a 50 year old house with 50 year old pipes. I thought the toilet was running slow, but you know how things are. A loss little by little isn't really noticed until it stops up completely (not for stopped up toilets) or you clean it out. And this sure did clean all the TP and waste debris out of the pipes and made it flow like a new drain. Simple to use. 4 ounces into the toilet at bedtime and flush. Don't flush for 6-8 hours, so you can flush and see the difference the next morning. Of course, if everyone is off to work and or school for the day, it can be used just before you leave. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gets Things Going Zep products prove themselves over and over. I was interested in the Toilet Care Tune Up for use on a much older toilet in an upstairs bath. You really need to read the directions and follow them in order to get the results you want. Using 4 ounces of product, flush once and then not flushing 6-8 hours is not always easy to remember in the middle of the night! To repeat the process 3 nights in a row may not be that easy for some people. The product does seem to help but the process makes it a little less desirable. November 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Using it for prevention I have an older house with a lot of old plumbing. We use a lot of flushable wipes and although we haven't had any actual blockages yet, I wanted to help prevent any future ones. The directions are easy and straight forward. The hardest part is not being able to flush the toilet for 6-8 hours. However, we put it in before we leave for work and that gives us a minimum of 8 hours. After using it for 3-4 days in a row you're supposed to use it once a month for continued prevention. So far so good. November 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Will It Work? It's hard to know for sure how well this product works since it is made for prevention instead of active cleaning of the sewer/septic system. Unlike an acid based or chemical cleaner, this will not unclog your waste drainage system. Using this regularly, your plumbing is supposed to remain clear. It's easy to use, and is odorless. I like ZEP products, overall, so am hopeful that this does what it advertises. November 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gets the jobs done, but can leave a slight odor The label tells the user to pour 4oz of the product during each use. This amounts to 5 applications with each bottle, but I just guessed and put in half the bottle on the first try. The slow drain was no longer slow. I imagine that this works the same as the enzyme variety of the Drano product. This product comes in a powder form instead of liquid, so it seems like it's better for the toilet. I did notice a slight odor after using the product, but nothing that was terribly out of control. Odor was gone in a day or two. I'm sure additional ventilation would take care of this if I choose to use the product regularly. June 29, 2015
