The package mentions a corporate address in Georgia but based on my general knowledge of marketing and sales, I suspect that the bottles, labels, pump dispensers, and their contents are each manufactured in a different country and then the bulk items are shipped to national or regional packaging plants convenient to various markets. So there are probably packaging plants in the US, Mexico, and Canada where the cleaner is bottled and then shipped to distributors and retailers.
There is a lot number on the bottle, and a buyer for Home Depot might be able to discover where a particular bottle of cleaner was packaged. But that probably changes from month to month. As a mere customer, I really don't think there is any way to discover where my bottle of Heavy Duty Orange Cleaner was manufactured or packaged.
However, I can tell you that this is really good stuff and does a great job of cleaning up hands. Just today I had a Sharpie pen that leaked and I got the ink all over my hands. this orange cleaner cleaned it up nicely. It handles oil and the greasy gunk that accumulates on engines, paint, many kinds of glue and a wide variety of the goops and cruds that get on your hands when you are working around the house.
