I don't know about these answers that say it can't be installed so the opening is to the right! In looking at the pictures and the Assembly Instructions, all you do is flip the whole unit upside down so the wider "crown" molding is on the top. There aren't any special keyholes or anything pre-drilled, you just drill right through the unit where you want.

Answer:
If you are handy with a screwdriver, I'd say yes, you could change the door to open to the right, although you will be left with a couple screw holes on the right side where the latch-catch is.

It is not great quality to be customizable in the regard. That said, you could do that yourself, but only with extreme precision (and you are dealing with particle board here!- not great).
YOu will have two tiny screw holes to plug and paint from the latch being moved to the other side.
All door swing screws are internal and not seen if you move them to the other side.

The picture shows the door opens left to right but all the comments and pictures buyers posted show right to left. Is it as easy as flipping the whole cabinet upside down to get it the way you want???

Answer:
There is only one set of mounting holes so you'd have to do some modification if you want to flip the cabinet over. Also this would make the bottom shelf recessed so it would be less convenient to use. Beware, the cabinet is UPSIDE DOWN in the picture on the website! There is a mirror on the inside of the door if that solves your problem...as it did mine.

Answer:
Locate the studs in your wall using a stud finder.
Measure out where you want your cabinet to hang, then mark inside the cabinet (towards the top and towards the bottom) where screws should go.
Pre-drill screw holes slightly smaller than your screws.
With assistance, hold the cabinet level and screw it to the wall using at least two-inch screws.

Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 57 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product, great price! We are very happy with this product. It goes great if you are doing a vintage theme and looking for a period looking piece. It is very roomy on the inside and there is also a mirror on the inside of the front door. January 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great cabinet Beautiful medicine cabinet. It has a mirror on the inside and out with adjustable shelves. This is the third one I purchased, and all were great quality. May 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy with my purchase I like the classic design. This caulking around the inside mirror is a bit flimsy. Otherwise, nice piece for the value. April 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Total piece of junk - don't buy I had this installed once and it had a crack in the frame as soon as we opened the door to use it. The frame by the mirror came apart. I bought a second one and it was also damaged right out of the box. I've given up on this one! April 2, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice but low quality This cabinet was installed in my house 4 years ago during a remodel. I had already noticed that the lack of a protective finish left the shelves stained from saving creams and such. Yesterday the little nob on the latch broke off from rust. I did like the cabinet design and it fit perfectly between the time and the light so I went to HomeDepot and purchased a replacement. The updated model has a nicer beveled mirror on front, and now also a mirror on the backside of the door. I liked the addition of glass shelves as this helps to keep the inside clean. On the negative side, the paint is still more like primer and not very wipeable. The back was nailed on incorrectly so you can see cracks in the inside of the cabinet where the nails came through and this prevents the glass shelf from sitting correctly. I kept the cabinet because we just needed something to get by until the bathroom is gutted remodeled. Although this cabinet is on the lower end of cost I am still disappointed in the lack of quality. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The cabinet is upside down in the picture Wanted a cabinet with the hinges on the right side of the door, so I ordered this one. When I took it out of the box I was disappointed to find that I'd ordered the wrong one because the picture was upside down on the website. It turned out that it wasn't a problem because this one has a mirror on the inside of the door. The fact that it's upside down in the picture might have caused me a serious problem because I couldn't just return it for the correct one because this was a special order. The craftsmanship and quality of this item are about what you can expect for the price. December 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really excellent style for the price This medicine cabinet has great classic style at an affordable price. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Although it is clearly not a custom handcrafted cabinet, and the latch was installed a little crookedly, it is still a great value and has a ton of interior space. As it's a surface mount style, it's fairly easy to install yourself, which means you can avoid incurring additional installation costs. But the cabinet is heavy because of the double mirror, so this is definitely a two-person job unless you're a contractor and know how to put it up on blocks. The only strange thing is that the pre-drilled screw holes are about 12" apart, which means they are not likely to line up with your studs. I used toggle bolts rated at 70 lbs. and drilled in a second set of screws at the bottom corners to prevent the cabinet from "flapping." December 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by White Bathroom Medicine Cabinet These simple, white bathroom cabinets fit perfectly into my turn-of-the-century farmhouse. Mirrors on both sides of the door allow convenient access to beauty supplies without having to open and close the doors to use the mirror. Beautiful latches along with magnetic catches secure the door. Two adjustable shelves provide plenty of space inside for all sizes of bottles and containers. The cabinets were delivered promptly and without harm. July 8, 2014
