Customer Reviews

2 in. Angled Sash Brush is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great - If You Get a Good Batch I own two of these. The one I bought like two years ago is fantastic. The edge is razor sharp and does a great job cutting in. I bought a second one about 6 months ago. I noticed that its edge wasn't exactly razor sharp, but lived with it. Worse yet is the fact that the bristles started falling out (both during painting and washing). I read the reviews on the Home Depot web site, and went to HD to return it, but it was past the return period. I called the manufacturer and explained the problem. The customer service rep asked me if I had bought it at Home Depot, and I said yes. It turns out that they had a bad batch that went out to Home Depot, and they are still being sold in some of the stores. They are sending me a new one. Yay! Let's hope it is as great as the original.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best trim brush I've ever used I'v painted a lot of trim in my day, but this is the best trim brush I have used. The edge is razor sharp for a nice crisp line when cutting in. It's good quality and holds a lot of paint. I can't recommend it enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best small paint brush I ever used. This paint brush is the greatest!! It s easy to hold. The bristles are tapered from the quill to the tip, so you can hold a lot of paint and still cut a fine line. I cut ceiling to wall joints without masking. I also cut around windows and doors, without masking. I cannot say enough good things about this brush. It cleans up very well and holds its shape.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great brush / Bad construction Great brush for cutting in. However this is the second one I have bought and this is the second one the bristles started coming out by the second wash. By the fourth wash I had to retire the brush. Big disappointment.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works great, already losing bristles after 5 uses... This brush was fantastic to use, and made cutting around doors and windows a breeze! However, after about 5 uses, the bristles are starting to come out in my hand whenever I clean it in water. I would love to recommend this brush based on its performance, but I simply cannot because of its poor quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for clean edges! This brush actually does what it claims to do, and allows for perfectly clean edging next to trim. ABSOLUTELY worth the money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New favorite paintbrush! In the past, I've preferred 2" angled paintbrushes with short handles for cutting in while painting. I picked up this paintbrush because it seemed like it would make a really nice line and the bristles were super soft. It's absolutely my favorite paintbrush ever! I performs extremely well- I don't get stray hairs coming out and I feel very confident about my cutting skills in comparison to using tape (I'll admit I still need to practice a bit). My favorite thing about this brush is how quickly it cleans up. If you pay attention to how much paint you're using and don't get it near where the bristles meet the brush, you can have this brush cleaned out in less than a minute to get it 100% paint free. If paint does get up that high, it will maybe take you three minutes. I'm never buying another brand of paintbrush again!
