Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chuck Worked great with a light scrubbing.
I tried it on light beige vinyl siding that had light grey mildew stains that
would not come off with soap and heavy scrubbing. I first tried spraying
it on, waiting 5 minutes, and hosing it off. Not being satisfied I sprayed
again and scrubbed lightly with a soft bristle boat brush. That worked
great so I did the rest of the house that way. Very happy.
It does leave a light haze on darker trim sections but that comes
off easily by using the brush on the trim while rinsing.

I had purchased vinyl siding for my house in 2007. My wife recommended I purchase an extra 3 boxes for an addition we were planning. However, that project was delayed. 9 years later, I needed to hang this siding that has been sitting. Although it was stored under a tarp, it was covered with dirt, leaves, and bug droppings. I spoke with Kim in the Peachtree City, Home Depot paint department and she highly recommended JoMax. I am SO VERY GLAD she recommended it! I laid the siding out on my driveway, mixed it in a sprayer according to the instructions, sprayed the siding down, lightly brushed it with a soft broom, and hosed it off.
WOW, it looked brand new! As you can see from the pictures, this stuff works… and works well! I highly recommend this product to clean your house. Thanks again Kim!

Used to spend hours scrubing mildew from siding and gutters every year, bought this to try and love it. Only used half the recommended bleach and got great results. I suggest using it when its not to hot to let it have time to work before it dries.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Robert Works on brick!!
So the brick around my patio gets really nasty with tree droppings and mold. A power washer alone does not take this stuff off. But I used this Jomax stuff, mixed it with the bleach and water and let it sit for 5 minutes and the nasty black stuff comes right off. Mind you I'm using a pressure washer but I've pressure washed before without Jomax and was unable to get everything off. I'm using a 2700 psi with a 25 deg tip. Hopefully the pictures come through. You can see on the right side by the stairs where I stopped. I'm impressed with this stuff, ps it goes a really long way. Makes 20 gallons which is a TON!!

After reading reviews, I decided to give this a try. I have a pale yellow vinyl sided house and a pretty serious mildew problem. Since one wall of my basement is above ground, I have siding to clean three stories up. This is pretty much impossible to do with a pressure washer, even with an extension ladder (not to say for being downright scary). I mixed up some solution in a weed sprayer and sprayed it on. By using the ladder and leaning out an upstairs window, I was able to spray the stuff on the entire wall. Within minutes, the green and brown stains vanished. It was amazing! I used my pressure washer to rinse and my siding looked almost new. And this took a lot less time and effort than using a pressure washer to try to remove the stains - even in the places I can easily reach. This product is just fantastic!

Used this today on bead board porch soffit that was stained black by years of mildew buildup. Mixed as directed, sprayed on and rinsed with a pressure washer. Could not believe when the soffit was rinsed. It looked as NEW. I don't usually write reviews. However this product warrants one. You will not be disappointed.

I tried srubbing off the mildew with bleach, oxyclean, laundry soap. This stuff melts off the black mildew spots better than srubbing and way less work.
