Installed this less than 2 years ago. It's leaking pressure. When there's no water flow, pressure creeps up and causes my water heater's relief valve to open. I have high pressure from the city (~150psi) because I live near a pumping station. I've already cleaned it out. Still same issue. Now I'm debating if I should gamble my money on a rebuild kit. BTW, the one that previously failed was the same model.

Easy to install, I added a another union for easier future access purchased separately, (male x copper union, now it's a double union) I recommend Wilkens pressure reducing valves.

Followed instructions and installed unit myself. All required parts included. Factory set pressure was stated to be at 50 psi. It was measured after install to be at 46 psi, adjusted to 50 psi. Monitored water pressure with Watts Pressure Gage for two days after install and the pressure did not vary more than +/- 3 psi. Overall good purchase.

This piece of work works for a couple of years, than fails by leaking pressure through and making everything leak or break. The are repairable but the repair kit cost almost as much as a new one, but is not even available.
Furthermore, the consumer is left with no other choice than this one, hence the exorbitant high price and evidently no incentive to improve on this piece of junk.
Hopefully, and I hate to say this, The Chinese will come up with something better and cheaper.

My brand new one only worked for three years. I called the vendor she recommended me to clean it up. But it did not work. Due to the size of the pipe, I have no choice to replace with a brand new one. DO NOT BUY IT unless you only want it to last for less than three years.

Installed a new one 3 years ago. Pressure began creeping up recently due to leakage past seals. Purchased rebuild kit, but made little to no difference. As mentioned by previous reviewer, there isn't much competition in the regulator supply field so looks like I'm stuck replacing with the same poor quality product.
