Customer Questions & Answers

Why does the sound cut out most of the time?

Hello I have this product and the picture is excellent, but the sound keeps cutting out for a brief moment and is very annoying. What could be wrong? I've tried repositioning the units and resetting them. Tried different inputs and same thing. Units are only 25ft apart and one wall of drywall in between. It's transmitting from a Dish Network Joey and the receiver is on a Vizio HD TV. Please help.
