After looking at several grills, we decided to order this one, and it was the best decision we made! I don't quite understand why they don't sell these in store. The food comes out GREAT! This is the BEST grill we've ever had!
So worth it!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JG11K Solid Grill with Plenty of Heat
Assembly was a little challenging because the manual is for more than one model grill and there is not a written word in it, just pictures. But I managed to get it all together without difficulty. The grill has a very solid feel to it, although the two doors on the front don't always want to stay closed. I like the two 7 inch wheels because I have to move it over about 10 feet of grass to get it from where we store it to our patio. The electronic ignitor works very well. The heat seems to be very even, and there is plenty of it from the two burners. I'm very pleased with this product.

I shopped around for grills in the $200-$400 range and nothing came close to the quality of this grill. For a basic grill you can't go wrong. By not including features like a useless side-burner or cheaply made stainless components, you end up with a very solid and durable grill that is built like a tank! This grill heats up evenly and quickly to temps between 400-500F in a flash! Cooking is a breeze and cleanup is very quick especially with the high quality durable ABS shelves on the sides. This grill has everything you need and nothing you don't need. Don't waste your money on some flimsy stainless grill because it "looks" better. You can't beat this grill for the money. I bought it sight-unseen online at Home Depot and do not regret it at all. Assembly only took about an hour with a few small hand tools. Anyone can put it together. Would buy another one if a tornado blew this away, but then again it weighs so much I doubt a tornado would blow this anywhere.

Purchased it on-line and got free UPS delivery. There was NO damage to any of the parts. Assembly takes a little time but if you are even the slightest bit handy it should not be a problem. All screw/bolt holes lined-up. JUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! Have used it about ten times since purchase and it cooks great. For a two burner grill, it really cranks out the heat and the cooking surface is surprisingly large. Both side tables fold down if you're cramped for space. Barbecue Genius gas grill cover I purchased is top quality and fits like a glove! Bon Appétit

Have to agree with the other reviewer. The grill is solid once you get it together. It puts out plenty of heat and it seems less flimsy than many more expensive grills. Just a good, no fuss grill that doesn't cost a ton.
The assembly instructions could have been a bit clearer in a few places but with a bit of pondering and persistence it goes together without too much trouble. Just ignore anything having to do with a side burner, which is for another model.
The hardware in some spots could also be a bit easier to work with. The screws seem to be Quadrex screws which are supposed to accept both Phillips and Robertson square-drive screw drivers. Not every one of my Phillips screw drivers fit well. The ones that are flattest worked the best. Given the position of some of the nuts, a simple wrench was easier to work with than a socket wrench. Also, when attaching the base, you'll need a socket on a screw driver attachment or a deep socket to reach the nuts since they are recessed in the plastic base a bit.
Once assembly is over, though, the only complaint I have so far is that the doors are a bit fiddly and aren't easy to keep closed. It seems that you have to lift them slightly and seat them just right otherwise they have a tendency to swing open a bit.
One interesting feature that I'm not sure is mentioned is that you can fold down the shelves. That should come in handy when storing it for the winter.
Lastly, this comes with cast-iron grates which are better than many of the flimsier steel grates that I've seen on other less expensive grills.
I think I'll really enjoy this grill!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Broil Mate 4 burner
I bought it from home depot, it was from a past offer.
I had before a Brinkmann, The brinkmann had several short comings, lots of heat loss through the cover, burners screwed to the BBQ and difficult to change as the rust and heat welded everything, inside steel weak, rusts and brakes. The Broil mate is a good product which is, in term of quality and price, between a cheap imported grill and the Rolls Royce or, the american Weber. Broil mate is by the way made in Canada.
The grill is very powerful, (not to use full speed) and gives a good flavor to the meat. Sad that home depot is not following this product on a regular basis, would be an advantage as customers tend to confirm!

Good sturdy grill (cast aluminum box and lid) except for the stand/frame. Had to add washers to every bolt to strengthen the thin sheet medal frame. I liked the plastic base; it's sturdier than the sheet medal bases on similar priced models. Cooks very evenly and heats up fast. Should last longer than those flimsey sheet metal grill boxes.
