Rated 5 out of 5Â by DieHardDYIer Easy ordering and fast delivery
This was my first online/home delivery purchase through Home Depot and I'm very pleased. Even with a midweek national holiday, my blinds arrived in 5 days. The actual width of the largest size is 71.5". The site image appears to have the privacy backing installed. I was pleasantly surprised at how much view and daylight is let in; others might not be so happy with that (which is why I've included a picture of a real-life installation). I had to trim 7/8" from both sides to fit them into my 70" windows. Even with a brand-new 140-tooth blade in my miter saw and wrapping the ends firmly with blue tape, the edges ended up looked a bit frayed. A quick wipe with stain (I used red chestnut simply because I had it on hand; any redbrown-hued stain would work) and you can't tell the ends were trimmed. The only time I needed a second person on hand was for the marking of the screw holes. After that, it was a one-woman job to get them installed.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Ginny Provides good light with privacy
We have nonstandard window sizes and these blinds look great over the window. The alternating slats and matchsticks provide privacy while still allowing light into the room. Easy to install. Very happy with our purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by JAKB Mahogany Nepal Roman Shades Not So Good!
The shades are beautiful by themselves. The privacy on these shades are NOT good at all. You can see straight through them into your home. Privacy on the shades says GOOD so I figured you may could see shadows & that would be it. NO, I could see someone in their bare skin if I wanted to look that close. I think the company should come up w/a backing to attach to the back of these shades to make them perfect. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I actually wanted something you could not see thru. Its the cracks between each piece. I also got it for a color accent on that wall so it did that part well and I just left the mini blinds up behind it for privacy. But hanging it was crazy. It really takes two people. I comes with the brackets and without reading the directions of course I just ASSUMED the brackets were made to set and hold the blind while I did the install. In fact you are suppose to install the bracket upside down and hold the shade up to it. All i can say is it looks nice backwards too LOL and it will stay that way until that man helps me rehang them..

Rated 5 out of 5Â by kayelle Beautiful blinds.
We purchased a couple of these about 5 years ago in store and have always loved them. With a new addition onto the house we are looking to purchase a couple more. Beautiful rich tones and still holding up just like new. So glad they are still available.
