Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Can't see the time. I mainly bought this for FM music and it does deliver nice sound at a decent price. That's why I rated it Good. But I cannot recommend it to someone, because of drawbacks of the design of its other features. As another reviewer stated, the buttons are very small and hard to see what they're for. So if you intend to use many of it's features, like the light, the timer, the tuner, you'll be doing a lot of squinting unless the shelf you mount it on is at eye level. But if you're putting it under a cabinet, you'll have to bend down and close to see the buttons. Also, the time display is hard to read unless you are pretty much standing right in front of it September 10, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Works; some dumb UI choices Nice tidy little package, much smaller than the non-Bluetooth under-counter radio it replaced. Pairs easily and sounds OK. It's the only thing with comparable features I could find at this price point. However ... 1) The button labels are tiny, so if you have bad eyes like me, trying to manipulate this without your glasses inevitably results in something dumb happening, like setting an alarm or timer that'll go off hours later. And man, is that sucker loud! I accidentally set a timer to fire while I was out of the house, and could hear it from the driveway when I returned home. 2) In a stroke of boneheaded design, when you're listening to the radio, the display shows ONLY the radio station number but not the time. You can't toggle between time and channel number. So, you can't, for example, listen to NPR while making your kid's lunch in the morning while simultaneously keeping an eye on the time -- you have to power off the radio to get the time to display. 2) Boneheaded design choice #2: 'Volume' has up/down buttons. 'Tune' has up/down buttons. 'Memory' (remembered radio stations), on the other hand, is only a one-way control. So, say you set NPR on memory position 1, and that's all you care about; and thereafter you accidentally hit the 'Memory' button. Now you're listening to static. Because there's no way to jump to the previous memorized station, you need to press the button 19 more times, scrolling through all 20 memory positions (19 of which are static) to get back to NPR. Ugh! This thing would be SO much nicer if the control labels were more visible, if the clock displayed in perpetuity (maybe displaying the channel number for a few seconds when you change stations), and if the unused Memory positions were hidden until assigned. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great sound, relatively easy installation and easy (and reliable) Bluetooth synch. The template for drilling the holes was a little confusing with the multiple fold marks for different types of cabinet overhangs. Once the holes were drilled the radio was easily screwed in and looks good. Synching up my wife's iPhone 5 via Bluetooth was easy and it reliably connects each time. The sound quality for such an affordable radio is excellent. AM is not included with the radio and that is the only thing I miss for my morning news and traffic report. April 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Sound! Bluetooth works well. I like the flexibility in mounting and mounting template was a nice touch. Good Sound for small device. Very loud timer. September 17, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great! Excellent Value. System works great and fills the kitchen with pretty loud music. Bluetooth works great that my wife paired up with her android phone. While I wish it had a USB port and perhaps a remote, it was a good purchase. January 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product Not bad product. It needs to be a little louder and the display could use an adjustment. If the player is not eye level the time looks blurry. This is not bad for the price. Very easy Bluetooth with iPhone and no more flour on our phones January 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Very light weight, took 10 min to install, easy to use and pair with bluetooth devices and sounds great! March 20, 2014
