Rated 5 out of 5 by Best saw blade on the market The best blade you can buy. Clean cuts and lasts a long time. November 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Diablo Blades I started using Diablo blades and have gone back to no other. I use them for all my saws. The blades cut faster, last longer and have a very small kerf. Great product! May 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best for veneered plywood and smooth cross cuts, not the best all around For it's intended purpose, this blade is awesome. I use it to break down large sheets of (expensive) laminated plywood into smaller, more manageable sizes. For this purpose, the 40 tooth blade is amazing. Tear out is almost non existent; and that is without taping the cut or using a sacrificial backer board. Breaking down rough cut lumber is a different story. I actually purchased a 24 tooth blade for that. This blade will give you a bit of resistance compared to a lower tooth count blade, and you won't be able to power through the cut as fast. Since I am just rough cutting lumber to be prepared by my jointer, table saw, and planer, I do not need a mirror smooth cut. This blade is also holding up quite well. I have cleaned it a few times, but it is not dulling on me yet at all. In summary - buy this blade if you regularly cut veneered sheet goods, or require a nice, polished cross cut with little tear out. For simply breaking down lumber, general framing and construction work, a lower tooth count blade will give you better results and make you circular saw work a little easier. November 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good product This product is sharp and cut very clean lines and does appear to be able to cut through nails just as the product manufacturer said. Just make sure you are using eye protection when operating the saw. April 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Try this 7" blade on your table saw! On a whim, I put this 7" blade on my 10" table saw. What I discovered was amazing. The smaller size allowed a much smaller kerf than the 10" version of this blade. This small kerf has kept this blade from ever getting pinched by the wood. I can rip 4/4 walnut without bogging down the motor or pinching the blade. Also makes better cuts on plywood sheets. The smaller size also causes less kick back, making the table saw a little safer. The price is also half the 10" version so you can change twice as often and keep the sharpest blade possible. In this era of plywood sheet goods and pre-sawn lumber, a large blade on the table saw is rarely needed. February 27, 2013
