CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 75 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Use Caution I used this on my Charcoal colored grout and it left a white residue on the grout that I cannot remove. I read that a previous purchaser had the same issue so I am going to try his method of removing the white residue and hope that works. Just spent a ton of money on new floors and I am terrified that I just ruined them. September 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by My big regret I am so upset. I just spent thousands (and thousands) of dollars redoing my entire kitchen. I bought this to seal the grout on the back splash. Unfortunately, it dripped onto my brand new concrete counter top and left a white residue. I looked online and saw that people used a sulfamic acid cleaner to remove this residue. It did NOT work for me. I cannot get this residue off. My entire kitchen remodel is basically ruined. I cannot just replace these counter tops because they were poured in place and there is no way to get them off. I am devastated about this purchase. I'll try to post pictures. DO NOT BUY. Out of all the things I purchased for this kitchen who'd have thought that a $6.00 purchase would be my greatest regret. I really wish I could go back in time and not buy this. I can't express enough how it has ruined my beautiful counter tops. October 7, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Leaves a white residue I followed the instructions to the letter and the grout has a white residue. The company's tech support tells you to purchase another of their products "Nano Scrub" to remove the residue. Slight improvement but still not the color of the grout before applying this product. Second call to their tech support puts the blame on the grout used. The tile and grout were professionally installed in our new home build just completed. I was finally able to remove the white residue using Sulfamic acid cleaner recommended to me by the tile installer.. So in conclusion you first spend several hours applying a product that discolors and leaves behind a residue. You purchase another one of this companies products that does not work followed by a third cleaner to get back to the original color of your grout. I would not recommend gambling on this product. Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't seal anything This product doesn't appear to work at all. I applied multiple coats of this product, since one coat didn't seem to do anything. After 3 coats on the grout in the shower, it still appears to have done nothing. Water still soaks into the grout as if there was no sealer on there. I've already noticed some stains. I applied multiple coats to the bathroom floor, and added extra to see if maybe I just needed to add more for it to seal. Apparently adding more isn't the solution either, as doing this left a white glaze over the entire surface of the grout. I had to get on hands and knees and scrub with soap and water for an hour to remove the white haze. So in summary: This product doesn't seal grout. And it discolors when you attempt to add more to solve the problem. Don't fall for the "ease of application" draw. Take your time and get something that works. August 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to use I have sealed grout using a cloth and sealant, doing one line at a time; it took forever. This item allows for super easy and thorough application. May 27, 2014
