The Armstrong Standard Excelon Imperial Texture 12 in. x 12 in. Cottage Tan Vinyl Composition Commercial Tiles (45 sq. ft./case) feature through-color construction for a long floor life. The tiles have low VOC emissions for good indoor air quality and have 3rd party FloorScore certification and are LEED eligible.


  • Vinyl composition tile (VCT) in Cottage tan complements most decors
  • Through-color construction for a long floor life
  • Fast Start factory finish makes initial maintenance quick and easy with no removal needed and little need to strip tiles
  • Finish is compatible with commercial floor polishes, such as Armstrong S-480
  • Requires polishing for protection, ease of maintenance and an attractive overall appearance
  • Sweep floor to remove loose dust, remove any adhesive residue using mineral spirits, damp mop with diluted, neutral detergent and apply 2 coats of high-quality, commercial floor polish for a beautiful polish
  • Low VOC emissions for good indoor air quality
