Hundreds of complaints related to changing the toilet seat. Seat anchors often get stuck and require $$$ repair kit which may also fail leading to a total toilet replacement that Kohler will not stand behind. Stay away from this one piece toilet or go with the two piece toilet.

If you, any member of your household, or any guest you may ever have in your house currently- or plan on going "#2" in the future- do NOT buy this toilet. You will have to plunge it often, snake it, and have plumbers come to your house. The plumber that came to my house said that this toilet & all "boy" toilets are horrible. After a year & four months of fighting with it we are replacing ours. We haven't even used it for "#2s" in over 6 months. HORRIBLE TOILET & NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by puckerbrush Kohler's quality control has serious issues
product met need of maximizing small space, it is of good quality except for the fact there was a giant mar in the glaze on the top of the tank lid.
which is why I gave it one star for quality. the plumbing and and integrity of the product as a toilet is five star.
called Kohler and new lid is on the way.
this is the third quality control failure on two Kohler products purchased for bathroom remodel. shower walls needed replacing and someone can't count to two as they shipped only one wall jamb for the glass shower doors and wall enclosure.
their products are designed well and when right of good quality doesn't help the fact I'm a month now waiting for replacement parts.
good thing I'm not a contractor working for a client.

DON'T BUY THIS TOILET!! Looks nice, but the design makes it extremely difficult and expensive to replace the toilet seat. This toilet was in the house we just bought. Toilet seat was loose and cracked. Required a $50 part and a $50 toilet seat ordered from Kohler (Home Depot doesn't sell it) just to switch them out. And then the repair part broke during installation so now I'm back with a brand new (but still loose) toilet seat and will have to go through the whole process again. I may just buy a different brand toilet. Google it. You'll find lots of other people have had the exact same problem.

I really splurged buying this toilet for its great looks, but I'm really disappointed. It does have a weak flush, which means it is getting clogged all the time. Now, it continually "runs". I have replaced the flapper twice, but sooner or later the problem comes back. I do plan on replacing it when I do some remodeling to my bathroom. It just isn't that "cute" for the problems.
