PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Camco Copper-Zinc Chromate MWD Electric Water Heater Screw-In Element is bent into a hairpin shape and sealed watertight into a screw plug to offer long-lasting, effective performance. The compact, energy-efficient design is easy to control and well suited for a variety of applications.
- Fits most models of American, AO Smith, Bradford White, Craftmaster, General Electric, GS Wood, Kenmore, Lochinvar, Maytag, Mor-Flo, Reliance, Rheem, Richmond, Ruud, Sears, State and Whirlpool heaters
- Provides uniform heat distribution for long-lasting performance
- Provides 100 - 150 watts of power per square inch
- Hairpin bent tubular element is sealed watertight into a screw plug for a compact, energy-efficient design
- Made of durable copper and zinc chromate
- Requires a minimum 8 in. tank diameter for installation
- Gasket and detailed instructions included
- UL listed for safety
