The GE 30-gal. 6 Year Tall Manufactured Housing Electric water heater provides a ample supply of hot water for a single bath home. This unit comes with two 4500 watt elements, a factory installed temperature and pressure relief valve and requires a 240 volt electrical connection for installation. This unit is specifically designed for use in a manufactured home and comes with side water connections for ease of installation. The automatic thermostat keeps the water at desired temperature. This model has a 6 year tank and parts limited warranty.
