Use the QLT by Marshalltown 12 in. Scarifier to assist the plaster undercoat and top coat in bonding for a strong finish. The lightweight, yet sturdy steel scarifier has a foam handle to promote comfort.
- Long tines easily scratch the plaster undercoat to promote a good bond with the finish coat
- Made of flexible blue steel
