The Overlook Play Set includes great features such as a 10 foot wave slide, a rope ladder, a built-in picnic table, 3 swing positions, a rock wall and climbing rope with a covered play fort. More added features include accessories like a telescope, flag kit and safety handles. The Overlook play set comes with all the hardware and lumber you need and is pre-cut, pre-sanded and pre-stained. The main beams are even pre-drilled for you. It comes with simple instructions with pictures to make building the Overlook swing set easy.
