PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 1-Gallon Water White Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer provides excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces, such as tile and enameled trim. Its peel-, blister- and mildew-resistant water-based formula works in low temperatures, inhibits rust and seals tannin bleed. The primer dries to the touch in 30 minutes, and the 1-gallon can covers areas up to 450 sq. ft. For best results, the primer should be reapplied after 1 hour.


  • Suitable for interior and exterior application. Contains a rust inhibitor making it ideal on new metal surfaces
  • Water-based formula sticks to most surfaces without requiring sanding for ease of use
  • Ensures longer life of top coats
  • Water-based formula resists mildew growth, blistering and peeling
  • Covers an area up to 400 sq. ft. per gallon
  • Great for high pH surfaces like new concrete
