The socket head screws are cheap and strip easily, I had to buy stainless steel philips head screws to use in their place. The sealing strip was cut too short from the manufacturer and I had to order a replacement. The gap at the bottom of the door allows water outside the shower; I confirmed the gap with the manufacturer and it is supposed to be there, why I don't know. I'm researching an alternate seal. The quality overall is OK, probably would have gone with something different.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by LiberalGuy Precise but worth it
This is a quality product, and it was not immediately apparent how to put it in; however, in the end, it worked fine and wasn't that hard. I was concerned because the minimum width was stated at 31 1/4", and my opening was barely that. In fact, the door fit fine. Also, several people warned me to buy a diamond drill to drill through the tile. I did and it was worth it; I did not break any tile. The biggestchallenge was that the two jambs need to be absolutely parallel, and the tile had not been set very evenly. I used an angle grinder to cut a groove through a few of the tiles that were set too far out. Also, I bought longer screws and attached the jambs to the studs (I did not use the provided anchors). Once in, the door has become the focal point of our new bathroom and it looks great. PS: I do NOT have any particular carpentry skills, and I thought installation went fine.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Chritaka Excellent quality and great value
The frame appears to be made of an alloy and appears fairly rigid and strong, so not cheap or plastic. There is also a coating on the inside of glass that beads the water to help keep it cleaner and easier to maintain. I was worried about fitting an opening exactly 31 1/4", but this model has enough adjustability to fit a little smaller than that. The adjustability of this model is excellent and turned out perfect. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before assembly and carefully level the wall jambs for a good seal. Parts are labeled well, which makes the job go smoother. The instructions are fairly accurate, but I did find one error about the size of screws to use in mounting the roller latches. It's no big deal since they were the only ones left, but the hex head of these did round out a bit during install. The finished door has the appearance of a custom door costing atleast 3x as much. Very solid and well constucted.
Door arrived sooner than expected also, about 6 days...thumbs up to HD as well on that.

This was the first shower door I ever installed. I liked the quality and it looks great. I was really worried about how difficult it would be to install, but it went in fairly smoothly.
