The NuTone 70 CFM Ventilation Exhaust Fan with Light features a quiet, 1.5-sone motor that provides powerful, 70 CFM air movement to help you control moisture in a bathroom of up to 65 sq. ft. or keep the air in your kitchen comfortable and fresh. The exhaust fan provides illumination with a 16-watt, GU24 R30-shaped fluorescent bulb (included).
- High-efficiency centrifugal fan offers 70 CFM air movement
- Motor operates at a quiet 1.5 sones
- Manages the humidity in bathrooms up to 65 sq. ft.
- Helps keep the air in your utility room, family room or kitchen fresh and comfortable
