Nice powerful little unit, my bathroom is a litte on the small side so it clears it up pretty quick. Noise is there, but nothing to bother me. I would replace with the same one and thinking of adding the same one to my work area.

Installation was straightforward and the light came packaged with detailed instructions. Does suggest mounting to a joist, which limits use in remodels. That was a little tricky for me since I was remodeling a basement bathroom and trying not to punch too many holes in the wall or ceiling.
The light bulb is a special order and a bit on the pricey side. We ordered it in and installed it and it doesn't give out a whole lot of light, so other lighting in the area is a definite must. It has two options for wiring, either continuous fan or separate fan switch. Fan works great and really moves air pretty well. Not super noisy, but still lets you know it is on.

I've installed lots of fans and I've installed this one a few times. Recently I got to looking at what a bad design this was. It was either intentionally designed to try to upsell you to a different model or was a project that someone banged out but never expected to actually go into production. The fan itself works. It doesn't move a lot of air but it works. It's loud. This kind of fan would be better for a utility space, just don't plan to use the light as the sole source of light. The light is the bigger problem. It uses a specialty bulb that is very expensive, not commonly available (there is no getting this thing at the grocery store) and puts out ineffective light. It is not bright enough to be used by itself and not dimmable for use as a mood light. Of course, the bulb is not included. The installation is pretty straightforward but the design of the cover makes is so that the enclosure has to be very close to the edge of the drywall. On most fans there is some tolerance for how you mount the enclosure. Not so on this one. Look for a different fan. At this point, I'm not even sure I'll buy this brand again. I'll have to look at them.

Purchased to install in an existing small bathroom with no exhaust fan. Installation was relatively easy since the electrical was already there and only a couple of feet from outside wall (used through the wall vent). However, I would not recommend this fan/light combo because the fan is noisy and the light is dim. Requires an expensive flourescent bulb (not included) and just doesn't put out much light.

It is so wonderful to have a new fan and light in the bathroom! This fan is quiet and the light is nice and bright without being blinding, I recommend it to everyone!
