The product appears to be solidly made and the fit and finish are fine. It is not overly stylish, the design is somewhat old school.
We hooked it up in the 110V configuration and as such it is perfectly adequate to heat a small bathroom (<100 sq. ft.). It takes about 5 minutes on the timer (full heat) to make the room comfortable.
The fan is about as noisy as a bathroom type exhaust vent so not overly loud, but I find the ticking of the timer a bit annoying.
I am not perfectly happy with the control logic. Timer operation always switches the unit to full heat. In a small room, it would get too warm after 5-10 minutes is the heater runs on full power.
Thermostat operation on the other hand precludes the use of the timer. It would be nice to be able to use the timer with the thermostat function to keep a room at a constant temperature for a given time and not having to worry about remembering to shut the unit off after leaving the room. I am not sure why someone would want to operate this unit continuously for a long time...
Overall a nice unit and the price is right. Hopefully it will last.

It was very difficult to find a bathroom heater that would work in the application needed. Very easy to install and directions to convert to 110 voltage were very easy to understand. The over heater works well for my small bathroom. I would have preferred an on and off switch and not a timer. A real pain if you just want to turn it off.

I installed this heater in our bathroom and quickly warms up the place. I like the timer feature. It saves $$$ since it will shut down after 60 min. For those with kids this feature is very convenient.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by PJay89 Timer is useless
I bought this unit to use in the bathroom and wanted the timer feature so it would shut itself off automatically. But the timer does NOT shut off the heat -- it just overrides the thermostat to provide MORE heat than the thermostat calls for. There is NO way to shut this off other than turning down the thermostat. We ended up wiring this unit through an external timer switch and disabling the one on the heater. We would have been better off to buy a cheaper one without a built-in timer.
