Rated 5 out of 5Â by Ozzie Good Door, however it should have come with it own Hardware for that price
Home Depot needs to carry door thersehold extensions for this door to be properly mounted. There is a gasp between the new door and the existing thersehold.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by steelside Strong but expensive storm door
I purchased this online to replace a poorly designed storm door that rotted.
Sturdy and reasonably secure
Arrived with obvious shipping damage (Grisham immediately replaced after initial call)
Requires some careful thought before installation
Has some questionable design flaws related to provided hardware
The delivery on a large, otherwise empty truck came fast, in just days after my order. The carton had obvious shipping damage and closer inspection showed damage to the hinge side frame, header and screen. These were all twisted as if someone had allowed the box to come down hard. What I didn't notice was that the window had shifted pushing down on the screws that hold the window in place. This bent and stripped the screw holes on the heavy steel frame. I had to use my own larger self tapping screws with washers to hold the window securely in place. If I had this to do over again, I would have refused the entire shipment.
I purchased this specific door because twenty years ago, I had the same door installed (by a competitor that no longer sells it) on the front entry of the house and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, the design of the door has changed and a different type of latch and locking mechanism is required. This door does not have the security pins the old one had and the standard deadbolt does not seem as secure as the older slim, mortise type lock.
Installation was not difficult but I had to use some of my own larger, stainless steel self tapping screws to anchor the metal strip between the windows since this is where the door closer is attached. The provided hardware was insufficient and allowed the strip to shift each time the door was opened and closed. The extender at the bottom of the door was not long enough for my situation. I had to put in an additional threshold. This was not necessary with the storm door because it had a longer extender.
I was surprised to see Made in China stamped on the box since I thought the door was made in this region where I live. All in all, the door looks great and is a strong storm door. However, I would not install it simply as a security door without some enhancements to the design. It is indeed a pricey door given all the headaches it provided.
Grisham needs to work on its web site. Currently, it is a series of pdfs of the installation instructions and black and white images of the doors without much explanation of the differences between their products.
If I had it to do over again, I would have chosen a different door from Grisham or perhaps a competitor's.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Franky Beautiful door - terrible company
Door came with a lock installed but without a key. Had to pay a locksmith to come at 6pm on a Saturday evening to drill out the lock. When the door was finally installed the closer is not strong enough to support it. The company is closed on weekends and doesn't answer calls or return calls. Will keep you posted on the out come. Won't be surprised if nothing comes out of it. Let's see if Home Depot stands behind the product!
