I have used the hammered line on several projects inside and outside my home. This time I chose to purchase the quart instead of the spray paint. Although pricey in comparison, I had plenty of paint leftover for other projects. I've tried the black, brown, and now the silver in this line of paint. I love how it turns out!
I did find that my brush was difficult to clean after repainting my ironing board. I used mineral spirits and paper towels to clean the excess paint off. With some elbow grease, the brush came clean. I won't use my expensive brushes in future projects in case I can't get it clean. No big deal.
Also, this paint is very potent. I painted the ironing board inside since it was freezing temps outside. I had to leave the fan on to circulate air.
I'm pleased with the coverage, and it dries pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this paint to others.

I've painted my garage door. It was dirty, dingy, and rusty. I painted the doors in soft blue and white, but had paints spills on the metal part of the door.
Frankly, the garage springs and rods were completely rusted and were a brownish red orange.
I painted rustoleum hammered silver over most of the metal part of the door. It covered the spilled paints, and looked brand new and CLEAN! Most importantly, no more rust-bucket door.
Will I purchase this product again? Yes!!!!!
I love the paint because I can spot treat and I have more control than with the spray paint.
The fume is not attractive, but insects didn't seem to like it. So that was good for insect-attractor like me.
Love the product!
