Rated 3 out of 5Â by RGMOM I just them installed last week
It took a professional plumber 3 hours to install 2 sets of faucets. This is the installation time only not including any clearance cleaning before and after which I did that myself. I must admit the unit look pretty nice that's why I chose it in the first place. The plumber said there is a weakness of the design where the piece that hold the water pressure doesn't seem to be strong and durable. It could break in the short period of time. We'll see.

I chose the Price Pfister brand due to the quality and reasonable pricing of their plumbing fixtures I used in my own bathroom remodel 20 years ago. Never had a single problem. This faucet is a very nice style. However, hot and cold connections need improvement. Most importantly the hose assembly from the valves to the spout. Connections are not mechanically fastened. instead they are slipped onto the valve assemblies and held in place by spring clips. After 5 attempts with these connections they would not seal. Took it back for exchange and installed a second faucet. Same model, same problem. Along with that the ball rod for the pop-up drain is 3 inches to short and does not reach the strap from the pop-up rod, which means if you have a 21in. deep vanity, keep this in mind. Seems designed for pedestal sink or 18 in. deep vanity. The strap from the pop-up rod to the ball rod is flimsy plastic. HD had no others left in stock so I called Pfister and spoke with their tech rep. It turns out 2 of the 3 O-rings are missing from both valve assemblies in both factory sealed boxes. I was also frustrated to learn that Pfister does not make replacement parts available to plumbing suppliers. Parts are only available through Pfister. It was also suggested that use of after market parts would void manufacturer warranty. They don't offer over night shipping or any expedited shipping for that matter. Now my customer and I have to wait 4 business days minimum for replacement parts for the valves and 4 weeks for the correct ball rod from Pfister, in order to maintain warranty, which leaves my customer without a running sink in their brand new bathroom until the valve parts arrive. Completely unacceptable for the home owner who deserves a reliable and leak free faucet assembly out of the box. Also unacceptable for contractors who need to complete their projects and move on.

Product looks great but we have had less than a year and it is rusting around the handles. I have never seen a faucet rust. Why make it out of cheap metal? Now my sink counter is ruined. Don't buy this product.

We bought this faucet to mount on a granite vanity top for our bathroom remodel. It looks wonderful, very high quality. It was a 2-person installation, and lining up the valves properly can be tricky. If you aren't careful you may have crooked handles, so lining them up perfect takes a little finesse. The pre-mounted sink on our Pegasus granite top was too deep for the stopper mechanism to work properly. So I called Price Pfister and they were very kind and helpful. The lady I spoke with asked me what faucet model I had, I told her, and 3 days later we received an entirely new drain system, complete with plunger/stopper. And the best part was, I didn't have to jump through hoops to get it, no sending them proof of purchase or anything, I just called and they sent it right away. Also the drain that the faucet came with was made of plastic, the replacement one is a heavy duty metal drain with beautiful finish, even though nobody will see it mounted under the sink.
I am very happy and will recommend this faucet to everyone. In fact I am buying another one for our other bathroom remodel.

I'm not one to typically write reviews and the only way I ended up on this page is because we purchased this faucet when we remodeled our guest bathroom about 18 months ago. It's beautiful on the square porcelain sink it was installed on but the inside of the handles are rusting and staining my beautiful sink. I just got on the internet to search the cause and one of the search results took me to the these posts! Enough said? Apparently we aren't the only ones who have experienced the same issue. Looks like I need to call a plumber... so much for the faucet matching the tub & shower fixture. Hope that holds up better than this did. I understand this may have something to do with the installation, which we had professionally done but from other posts sound like installation in itself has been a challenge for others with this faucet too. Time and money wasted. Won't purchase Pfister for our next remodel for sure.
