Rated 5 out of 5Â by Greg Great faucet for reasonable price
I do not consider myself super handy but this faucet was fairly easy to install myself. Once I got the old faucet off the new one went in very smoothly. Have only had the faucet for a few weeks but no complaints so far, everything works good and looks awesome. When the faucet is on the spray mode the pressure is very high so we mostly use it on the single stream.

The faucet still works, problem is the neck is now very loose and raises up and down about 3/4 inch. The hose kinks and slows the water flow down, I taped the kinks with duct tape which helps but it doesn't last.

My wife really likes this faucet because when shets it spray and turns it off it will still be in spray mode when she turns the water back on. I like it because the installation was easy compared to some older ones which required the use of a special wrench. At 74 it is not easy to lay in the cabinet for a long period. It was quick and easy.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Missy I love this faucet
I've had this faucet for 2 weeks and waited before I wrote the review. I have a friend who is a plumber and he installed in in 30 minutes. It was harder to get the old faucet off. Once off, this went in very easily. Based on other reviews, he took the weight off the old faucet and put this on the new one, so I have 2 weights on it. No slipping at all. It does not automatically retract, but I knew that. Also, as far as water pressure goes: the instructions clearly state to turn off the top button on the pull down portion, turn the water on, wait for 5 or 10 seconds then release the top button. Water pressure is excellent. You only have to do that step the first time you turn on the faucet. I've had no leaking and I'm very happy with this faucet. I had a pull down Delta faucet for many years and I liked that, but this one is much better.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Petnut OK but not wonderful
I am currently on my second one. The first one basically fell apart. The second one is working OK but has its issues. The first one the pull out part of the faucet was never connected to the rest of the faucet. I ended up zip tying it together so I had a working faucet. Despite several calls to American standard I never got the right part and the "customer service" was quite rude. Also I had very poor hot water pressure and when I tried to disconnect the piece they told me to take off to pull out the cartridge and clean it, it bent so badly it was no longer useable even though I tried to be VERY gentle. Again when I called for assistance all I got was rudeness. The second one also has poor hot water pressure but is slightly better and the rest of the faucet works great. I have checked the hot water pressure before going into the faucet and its fine. I love that I can turn the water off at the faucet when I'm pulling it out away from the sink to use it. That is a feature that is hard to find in a medium priced faucet and is why I wanted this particular faucet. Buy at your own risk.
