Purchaced the Item in October 09. Installed Easily, but
felt a bit light and cheaply made.
I was right (cheaply made) Doing dishes last night
turned down the volume of hot water and the handle
blew off with water gushing out of the spot that handle
and valve use to be.
Luckily I know where the main water shut off for the house is other wise my hard wood floors could have been ruined.
You get what you pay for . Garbage in Garbage out.
Don't buy this product. If I hadn't been home whose to say
this handle couldn't have blown off while I was out and
flooded the house.

This faucet was freshly installed right before we purchased our home in Dec 2009. We have had good luck with it until this morning. After filling a pitcher, and turning the faucet off i noticed the water was still running so i went back to make sure i had not tapped it back on or anything and when i lightly pressed the hot water tap back the entire handle snapped. This caused water to begin gushing from it as if it was a fire hydrant. My husband was able to stop the flow by shutting off the main water supply under the sink. Before this i could have recommended the product, The sprayer attachment broke fairly quickly after moving in. We are an adult household and do not use items roughly.

Started leaking after two plus years, after reading reviews I took the handles off each side and noticed the valve nut on the hot water side was almost totally corroded away, same problem as some other reviewers had. Glad it started to leak or I might not have noticed a problem until the whole valve may came out and flooded the kitchen. Looks like bad design with dissimilar metals, not to mention the leaking valve. Replacement costs have me looking at another brand, would have company send me parts but do not have original receipt, also don't want to wait, will get another brand faucet tomorrow.

I had this faucet for less than 3 years. Last night the hot water valve handle snapped off. While much of the hardware is made of brass, the valve nut (holds the valve assembly in place) is some other alloy. Two metals + hot tap water = bi-metallic corrosion. The valve nut corroded through. I disassembled the other valve and it was in the same shape. Bottom line: buy this faucet and it will fall apart on you. Look instead for one that is 100% brass.

Bought this faucet November 2008. It just started leaking at the spout base and underneath by the cold supply.
The goose neck spout was always flimsy not solid, which is probably why there is a leak.
Would not recommend this product.
Contacting manufacturer for replacement.
