CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cadet 2 handle faucet review We recently purchased a mt. home built in the 70's. It had a kitchen faucet a lot like this one, but was leaking which was obviously caused by human carelessness. I loved the look; simple, tall goose neck. This home is rustic and I didn't want anything overly decorative to spoil the simplicity of the cabin. Having just closed on the house and in the process of relocating, we are on a shoe string budget. You can get all of your soup pots and large beverage containers under the tall goose neck. Thus far, I have not felt the need for a sprayer and haven't missed it like I thought I would. It does what it's supposed to, water comes out of the spout, hot from the hot tap, cold from the cold. I believe this will last a long time. It looks greats and does the job. I have a Moen faucet in our primary house that is junk! Yes, it looks good, but don't touch it - you can no longer budge the spout left to rt and 1/2 the time the sprayer won't come out. So, price is NOT an indicator of quality. March 19, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Wont stop leaking The O-Ring that is at the base of the spout split about two weeks after I got it. Replaced it countless times, it just keeps splitting. I checked the base of the spout and the entire area that the O-Ring comes in contact with, there are no sharp edges or burs, or anything that would cause it to. March 15, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Faucets I actually loved the product. Its not the best design of faucets but it definitely help me accomplish my needs and use for the product. The faucets desing helped with my kitchen repairs. The water seems to flow easily from it. The faucet is also easy to keep clean and maintain. Goose Neck Faucets make it easier to fill large pots in the sink with out any splashes as well. All in all I loved the product for my home. Now that I'm moving I plan to purchase the exact same one for my new home. April 9, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Decent faucet for the money Attractive and easy to clean. Put one in a year ago and then put this one in a cottage. No complaints May 29, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice but not great Went from a single handle faucet to this one in Oct 2008, so I love the double handle feature. Also adore the goose-neck design; as other reviewers mentioned, it makes getting large pots (or buckets if need be) under the spout. And, tho it isn't the fanciest, I really have liked the look of the product. Water flow is also good. However, after having it a little over two years, I noticed that there was a "stain" on the spout. After further inspection, that stain was actually a large water spot that had developed as the spout itself sprung a leak....from the inside out! With no warranty on this product that I could find in my paperwork (which I kept), and such a small leak, I lived with it. Now, at not quite three years, there are two other such--albeit tiny--fissures from which water sprays tiny geysers. Minuscule, really, but it really has astounded me. I've never seen such a thing before. I should mention, we have extremely hard water, and sediment build-up--even corrosion--can occur as a result.....but never, never to the point of eating through a spout!! As I said, I see no warranty info and am going to call the company, if only to return it to them so they can inspect it and find what is going on with that. Tho I love the look, and the price was--and still is--great, I don't think I'm going with another. July 26, 2011
