PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Bulls Eye 1-2-3 1 qt. Water-Based White Primer/Sealer (2-pack) is a low-VOC interior/exterior primer made with high-performance resins that offer excellent adhesion and durability. This sealer bonds to wood, plaster, concrete, gloss enamels, hardboard, glass and tile. Its rust-resistant formulation helps it prime and protect ferrous metals. It is mildew resistant, making it great for humid climates and damp basements and bathrooms. It's ready for a second coat just 1 hour after initial application.


  • Suitable for interior and exterior surfaces
  • Applies with sprayer, roller or brush
  • Water-based formula adheres even to glossy surfaces without the need for scuff sanding
  • Rust-inhibiting formula primes and protects ferrous metals
  • Mold and mildew resistant when dry
  • Each gallon covers up to 450 sq. ft., depending on surface porosity
