The NuTone Ultra-Silent 110 CFM Humidity-Sensing Exhaust Fan features Sensaire technology, which detects rapid increases in moisture levels at the ceiling, where steam and humidity naturally rise. The humidity-sensing fan turns on and off automatically to help prevent cosmetic and structural problems associated with excess moisture.
