• It is sized to work with most types of site-built curbs, whether they are slightly out-of-square, pre-existing, or surrounded by unusually thick flashing and roofing material
• ECL (for shingle roof) and ECW (for tile roof) flashing is sold separately and, when paired with the skylight, gives 3 layers of water protection and makes the skylight eligible for the 10-year No Leak installation warranty

• Sunscreen accessory tray (ZZZ 199) allows for installation of VELUX Pick&Click blinds. It is required for blind installation in FCM series skylights, and sold separately.
