PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The subtle patterning and muted tones of this U.S. Ceramic Tile Avila 18 in. x 18 in. Gris Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile present a modern style that coordinates well with a variety of contemporary decors and adds a bit of flair to enhance any space. The porcelain body of the tile is finished with a semi-gloss glaze and is impervious to water and highly resistant to abrasion, making the tile suitable for exterior use and areas subject to dirt and wear like entrances or kitchens. A slip-resistant design also offers added safety for walkways and heavily traveled floors in commercial spaces.

• Grade 1, porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
• 18 in. long x 18 in. wide x 5/16 in. thick
• Glazed smooth finish with a medium sheen and a slight variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
• Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
• Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .65 wet is skid resistant for indoor and outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA Guidelines
• Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
• 10.66 sq. ft., 5 pieces per case. Case weight is 45.52 lb.
