Rated 4 out of 5Â by USAlimey GREAT FIT - POOR DURABILITY
I looked at all the covers at THD and this came recommended by the staff for my needs.
I am very pleased about the fit - my stainless steel BBQ has 2 wings and the velcro cinch adjustments keep it snug during heavy wind storms. However, I am very disappointed in how quickly the material degraded. In southern California we get only 7" of annual rain and no snow so I can say that it must be due to UV damage, it faded within the first 6 weeks (not a concern) however it developed tears in about 11 months. Just expect to replace each Summer and honestly at this price it's equal to the more expensive covers over the same time period. I did buy another one because of its fit. SEE PICTURES

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Nate Nice replacement for my old grill cover
This grill cover is a nice replacement for my old grill cover. After 7 years the old cover had several squirrel holes and was still from UV exposure. The new cover seems to be of the same quality of construction. My grill measures 60" wide, while this 65" grill cover is still a snug fit. I would not go any smaller. In fact a 70" grill cover would not hurt.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by MrFixIt Easily sun-bleached
I waited exactly 3 months before i wrote the review for this grill cover. The reason for this is i wanted to see how the material held up to 24/7 exposure in the hot summer Southern Californian sun. My past grill covers all suffered from a very common problem: sun damage.
The cloth gets bleached and brittle, causing eventual tearing of the fabric. This grill cover started out as black. As you can see from the pictures, it has bleached significantly over a period of only 90 days. The contrast in the second photo is simply the back of the gill cover folded over the front. The back received no exposure to the sun. This is disappointing, but not wholly unexpected.
The grill cover is fitted, and nicely forms to the standard two-shelf layout of a 65" grill. It includes a vent in front presumably to alleviate any moisture buildup on the inside and allow airflow. I don't know how necessary this is, but regardless it looks nice and does not take away from the aesthetics of the cover. The cover is not bidirectional. It has a definite front side with a slanted top, the vent, and a the prominently displayed Brinkmann name. The back is one straight piece, and is obvious if not put on properly.
None the less, there's not really too much that goes into a grill cover. This one protected the grill just like it was supposed to. However, I was hoping that a brand-name Brinkmann cover would be superior in sun-damage durability compared to a non-name brand; it was not. It is only a matter of time before it turns completely white, tears, and will need to be thrown out. I will not be surprised at all if this needs replacement within a year.
