The Rubi 24 in. Rolling Tool Box is constructed of tough plastic for long-lasting durability and its padded handle and 2 wheels make it easily portable. This tool box features 3 shelves, a tray with 14 configurable compartments and another tray with 4 compartments. The box is watertight and has a lockable plastic latch.
