Rated 4 out of 5Â by hunter landscape fabric -- stops weeds
good product and easy to use. Just lay it out, cut if necessary to fit your space, and cover with cedar mulch. I love it and would recommend it.

In landscaping our side yard, the weedblock worked well not only in beds with shrubs but was the foundation for our new rock/stepping stone walkway. Easy to cut and overlap to create a blanket to smother grass and weeds before they have a chance in either the bed or walkway. Great product!

I cleared a hillside full of weeds and vines. I left it uncovered for about 3 weeks and weeds were sprouting everywhere. I pulled the weeds again, and covered with the landscape fiber and it made a huge difference. It was covered for about 6 weeks before I planted and covered with mulch and there wasn't a weed in sight.
It's been about 4 months now and some weeds are starting to come through. However, I'd say the fabric prevented about 90% of the weeds from coming back.
I can't speak to the long term success of this, but it made a huge difference in the short term.

Works as intended. It does block most of the weed but there are spots where weeds are coming through. Not sure if this is due to possibly leaving space when overlapping the material. Used it under 20x20 pavers.

We use this product in our produce garden bed. The weed block polypropylene landscape fabric was easy to layout under the dirt. It blocked all the weed from entering the bed.
