Rated 4 out of 5Â by GAHappyShopper Nice shower bench
This is a nice sized bench for the corner of our stall shower. My husband coated the wood with water sealer before putting the pieces together. The wood had no real finish on it and we didn't want it weathering to gray. He said it was easy to assemble. Have seen these benches for much higher price.

My husband and I just purchased three teak stools for our recently remodeled bathrooms. I was not willing to pay the exorbitant costs for an all teak (including legs) option and accidentally came across this while shopping on line for another product. We purchased this particular model to go in the smallest of our three showers and then when I received it I realised it was larger than the rectangular model we bought. No problem though as I just rearranged them. The stools are sturdy when sitting directly on them but slightly less so when resting a leg (for shaving) on the edge of one. I have just gotten into the habit, while shaving, of placing my foot directly in the middle of the stool and it feels stable enough then. The product is easy to put together but I would recommend a drill as teak is a harder wood and there are four screws for each leg. The holes are pre-drilled so screwing by hand is possible. As with all natural wood products - the first few times the benches got wet, as they dry they release a natural wood smell that is quite pungent - I would just spray febreeze on them, which helped. After about five or six uses the odor naturally dissipated and is now undetectable. These work great for our purposes and I would recommend them to a budget conscious person.

I return second stool, booth came with a cracked seat.
May be it's not bad idea to inspect product before shipment.
2- product description stated that aluminum legs. Actually legs made from steel and painted in aluminum color. If this a good material for the shower? Probably not.

I purchased this stool because we needed a ledge in our shower for grooming, if you will. This stool was much less expensive than others on the market. It works for what I need. It was easy to put together. However, within a month, the seat was spittling. (We do not sit on it.) It looks as if the wood was not glued together adequately. Still, for $70., I expected better. I may still take it to our local Home Depot...or not.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by showerbuyer decent seat
The seats fits nicely in the corner of a shower stall. They make the legs too close to the center of the base, so it tips over easily.
