I'm extermely pleased with the Antique Cherry vanity. I ordered the antique cherry oval mirror also and the set looks great together. This set realy makes my new bathroom pop! The black marble top is beautiful but easily spotted by water and somewhat harder to clean since it is real marble.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Steve Nice but lots of work and surprises...
Free delivery does not include anything other than just inside the entrance of your house. It is very heavy (260 lbs), so moving it upstairs is a bear. The measurements listed are off by an inch or so (larger). This caused considerable grief in getting the cabinet into the bath. We had to install a larger door and frame. The cabinet's design (shelf, small opening, height) makes it difficult to adapt existing plumbing without considerable work. The lack of a backsplash allows water to leak behind the unit unless caulking or some other method (tile) is used. The faucet is a spread design although the web specs contradict reading both types. Once these ostacles are overcome, it's a sturdy, good looking unit. Time will tell if it holds up. Be prepared.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by SandraA great value!
We had this vanity installed yesterday, and I must say, it is beautiful. Our contractor was impressed with its overall construction and agreed with us that it was a very good value. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Vanity is very sturdy and made of thick solid wood. The only downside is the finish. Sure it looks like antique cherry, but a close look reveals that it is a foux finish. All the detail carvings are just plaster (I know because one cracked and its white underneath!) Overall good vanity but if you want something really nice spend the extra $.

Overall the shipping experience and delivery were fine. The vanity arrived covered in styrofoam and boxed up neatly without any damage to the box, which is the very first thing I look at especially for an item this large. I would have to agree with some of the reviews I read prior to buying such as the color. I fault myself for relying on the computer monitor for the visual but the coloring and finish are very different thant the photo included. It is really kind of a pumpkin orange color and the faux finish could be better. From a distance it does pass the test but when up close you can really tell the lack of quality. No big deal for something less expensive....but at $650.00 I would have expected better. Since I am on the price side of things... cheap, cheap drawers. There are no drawer glides or hardware. This unit has simple channels/grooves cut into the drawer and side of the cabinet. I would expect that after some time the wood (or whatever material this is made of) will wear away from the over and over friction and rubbing from opening and closing. Again, not that big of a deal but for $600. + I would have expected better. Also, I was disappointed with the holes cut out for the faucet. They are too far back from the bowl/sink. I went through 3 different faucets trying to find one that has a long enough reach. Otherwise, you are washing your hands on the counter top rather than the bowl. I was able to find a good fit but I would suggest you find a faucet with a reach of at least 6 inches. Also, was dissappointed with the shelf. Again, just cheap here. Looks like probably MDF that was just painted over which will likely scratch, scuff, and wear away in no time. For the 3rd or 4th time now...no big deal but not for $650 +. I don't know if granite has come down in price or if they buy in bulk but I can only justify the price as directly related to the granite because the rest of the unit is just not overly impressive or worth this sale amount.
