Rated 2 out of 5 Pass on this one I've had this fixture for a few years (3 or 4). Worked fine with a few quirks off and on as far as the motion sensor goes. I did like the dim feature. My problem is the plastic motion sensor lens cover. Over time it will deteriorate or break (with hail). Called the company, they sent me a new cover, but wrong installation directions. Called them to find out how to replace it on "this" lantern. This go around... Customer service was not only poor, but rude also, to say the least. He eventually told me that the lens cover can "not" be replaced in this particular lantern. Not sure if I'll take the fixture down and try to repair it anyway or just replace the whole fixture with a different brand. The finish on this one has faded (not to long after purchase) and looks dull and ugly anyway. Evidently, from what the rep was saying if it had been a type that the motion sensor was not a ball type (as this one is), I could just replace the lens. Heath/Zenith website is a total waste of time. You can't even pull up this Model #. Forget about pulling up a manual too. I don't have money to burn on something this expensive that should still look good and be easily repaired. That's why I suggest to pass on this one. Hope this helps someone else. September 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works well, I've got multiple I bought two for a back patio. Worked perfectly. A few months later, bought three more for the driveway area. Buying one more. Long term life is always questionable with these materials but they are fairly low cost. I recommend using an LED bulb. October 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Outdoor Lighting This is a excellent product. I purchased three of them for the front of my home. I am very pleased with their performance. They are very easy to install. September 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy install with elegant presentation The sensor light was extremely easy to install and took no more than 15 minutes to install as long as you have all the tools in front of you! It is very sensitive and helps alert me when visitors arrive. June 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I set it up in 20 min in the dark! Save the screws from your old mounting plate. The one in the box are too big. Other than that a flat head, Phillips, and plyers And a flashlight in my mouth I got it done in 20 min I used a CREE - LED indoor/outdoor 9watt. 5000K. 800 Lumens bulb Even in dim mode it's brighter than the niebhors. You can change the photocell for 3 or 6 hours The bright mode for 1-5-10 min Just buy it it's worth it. January 11, 2014
