The RIDGID PC1375 PVC and Tube Cutter features a hardened-steel cutting blade that's perfect for fast single-stroke cutting. This cutter's spring-loaded handles offer fast adjustments to pipe sizes.

- Easy-turn thumb latch for reliable storage
