PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The MARAZZI Imperial Slate 12 in. x 12 in. Black Ceramic Floor and Wall Tile features a scratched and richly layered surface that looks like a slab riven from prehistoric mountains. The tile's glazed surface helps to eliminate the flaking and maintenance normally associated with a natural slate tile. This tile features a random variation in tone and a fusion of organic colors and clefts that varies from tile to tile.

• Grade 1, ceramic tile for floor, wall and countertop use
• 12 in. long x 12 in. wide x 3/8 in. thick
• Glazed textured finish with a low sheen and a random variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
• Semi-Vitreous flooring has water absorption of more than 3% but less than 7% for indoor use
• Slip Resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .62 is skid resistant for indoor and outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Guidelines
• Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
• 14.53 sq. ft., 15 pieces per case. Case weight is 51 lb.
