It also comes with a 10-year No Leak warranty when installed with VELUX flashing.

• Factory pre-finished white frames provide for a high quality finish eliminating the need for secondary high-cost trips by a painter
• ECL (for shingle roof) and ECW (for tile roof) flashing is sold separately and, when paired with the skylight, gives 3 layers of water protection and makes the skylight eligible for the 10-year no leak installation warranty
