CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 17 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Slow drip I purchased these Glacier Bay faucet for a bathroom renovation. They happened to be on sale at the time. When the contractor installed them I noticed water drops dripping from the spout. If you did not pay close attention you would miss it and not realize that the faucet drips water because the water dripped at such a very slow pace. Unfortunately for us the contractor had already placed the tiles around the bathtub so he had to cut a hole in the drywall in order to remove them. This cost us more money in the long run in having to cut through the drywall. I returned them to the store for another brand. I am very disappointed and will never purchase this product again. Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good product Good product easy to assemble. You get screwed on price because it's for a roman tub. July 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! I have had this faucet for more than two years. I have had no problems with it, it still looks nice, my step-dad installed it and had little trouble (he is not a plumber). I like it so much I am looking for the sink and shower faucets that match! January 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Connecting Faucet handle water lines to water spout The two braided water lines are not flexible enough to connect to the water spout. The hot and cold water lines connect directly to the water spout. I could not bend them without kinks. The two lines should be longer in order to have enough flexibility to screw into each side of the water spout connection. The clip must be removed to remove the bottom connection of the spout. However, the two O-rings break when removing such part. October 28, 2011
