PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This MARAZZI Terra 12 in. x 12 in. Brazilian Slate Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features the rustic look of natural stone with a textured surface for a touch of authenticity. The glazed surface and hard, durable quality of porcelain offers ease of installation and minimal maintenance for a beautiful tile installation that is easy to care for. While the tile is suitable for any room in the home, its skid-resistant surface and high resistance to abrasion make it particularly suited for heavy-duty floor installations in residential or commercial settings such as entryways, hotels or kitchens.


  • Grade 1, porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 12 in. long x 12 in. wide x 3/8 in. thick
  • Glazed textured finish with a low sheen and a slight variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
  • Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
  • Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .64 wet is skid resistant for indoor and outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Guidelines
  • Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
  • 15 sq. ft., 15 pieces per case. Case weight is 55 lb.
